SSI Services provides regulatory-required services to water utilities, the Environment Agency, local authorities, major contractors and facilities management companies in the water, wastewater, water hygiene, rail and construction markets, through five divisions:
     Integrated Water Services: water hygiene and legionella control;
     Hydrosave: leak detection, water conservation, water audit and pipe condition
     assessment;
     OnSite: CCTV, sewer surveys, drainage services, sewer rehabilitation, wastewater
     flow surveys, emergency sewer maintenance and civil engineering solutions 
     for wastewater, and waterways;
     Data Contracts Specialist Maintenance Ltd: structural waterproofing and concrete
     repairs, chemical resistant linings, manhole refurbishment and condition surveys;
     Omega Red: electrical earthing and lightning protection.

Santa Paula Water LLC (California)
Our portfolio company, Santa Paula Water LLC, has a 30-year concession to own and operate a wastewater treatment facility for the City of Santa Paula, California.

Natural Gas Transmission
Regency Intrastate Gas System (Louisiana)
Our portfolio company, RIGS Haynesville Partnership Co., owns and operates the Regency Intrastate Gas System, a 464-mile pipeline with a capacity of 2.1 billion cubic feet a day that transports natural gas from the Haynesville Shale in northern Louisiana for delivery to end-users, intrastate pipelines and interstate pipelines.

Our portfolio company, NorTex Gas Storage Company LLC, owns and operates two natural gas storage facilities in Texas,  Worsham-Steed and Hill Lake.  Worsham-Steed and  Hill-Lake are depleted reservoir facilities with 35 Bcf of capacity that serve the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, one of the largest gas consumption markets in the United States.

SourceGas also owns a regulated intrastate gas pipeline company in Colorado. Through this company and its LDCs, SourceGas owns approximately 18,000 miles of pipelines and has 220 MMcf/d of peak natural gas storage withdrawal capacity and 40.65 Bcf of natural gas storage capacity.

Our portfolio company, agri.capital Group S.A., is the leading biogas and biomethane company in Europe. The company has over 400 gigawatt-hours per year equivalent of capacity in operation or under construction at more than 60 locations in Germany.

Our portfolio company, DukeNet Communications, LLC, owns and operates 5,300 miles of fiber optic capacity for the transmission of data by large corporate customers on a contracted basis.

Reliance Comfort LP (Canada)
Our portfolio company, Reliance Comfort LP, owns water heaters and services approximately 3.6 million water heater customers in the Province of Ontario, Canada. After becoming a portfolio company of Alinda, Reliance acquired the water heater business of OZZ Corporation in Canada.

Security and Monitoring
Protectron LP (Canada)
Our portfolio company, Protectron LP, offers enhanced monitoring for intrusion detection, video surveillance, access control, smoke and fire, carbon monoxide, flooding and extreme temperatures, serving approximately 900,000 commercial and residential customers nationwide in Canada.
