  • Respecting the freedom of association and trade union membership

  • Banning all forms of discrimination in the workplace

  • Encouraging and supporting a diverse workforce and gender equality

ESG Process Integration

Alinda is an active portfolio manager and incorporates these sustainability principles throughout the investment life cycle. Alinda requires that a targeted investment’s performance with respect to ESG matters be considered during the acquisition screening and due diligence process and ultimate investment decision. A new portfolio asset’s ESG program, policies and performance undergoes a comprehensive review as part of the on-boarding process and ESG performance is monitored and reported on regularly at the Board level. Alinda believes that ensuring top ESG performance contributes to de-risking an investment and supports maximized realization outcomes.
